利用GC-MS联用法对野菊花挥发油的化学成分进行了分析研究.在最佳分析条件下
共分离出39个化学成分
鉴定出了其中的38个
主要成分为:萜类、酚类、有机酸及其酯等化合物.对挥发油的抗菌活性进行了初步研究
为今后对野菊花药理活性的研究提供了重要的理论依据.
The chemical constituents of the volatile oil from Chrysanthemum lavandulaefolium (Fisch) Mak. were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively using GC-MS. The result shows that 39 ingredients have been found
and 38 of them have been identified under the optimum and analyzing condition. The main chemical components are terpenoids
phenols
organic acid and ester etc.. Antimicrobial activity of the volatile oil has been preliminarily tested
which may provide the basis for studying on the physio-activity of C. lavandulaefolium (Fisch) Mak.
