晶体中施主能级深度无变化——掺Te对CdTe薄膜的光学性质影响不大.
CdTe:Te thin films with different concention of Te on glass substrates were prepared by CSS(Closed space sublimation) technique.The samples were characterized by XRD

EDS
UV-VIS and Photoluminescence(PL) measurements.It is found that the proper Te doping can improve lattice growth of CdTe films
the lattice constant increases.The band gap Eg decreases slightly when the depth of donor energy level has no more change.Te doping has little influence to the optical properties of CdTe thin films.
