该方法具有产率高、反应时间短且操作简便等优点.
An efficient procedure for the one-pot Biginelli condensation reaction of aromatic aldehydes
β-ketoester and urea or thiourea employing NH_2SO_3NH4 as a novel catalyst is described.Compared with the classical Biginelli reaction conditions
the present method has the advantage of good yields
short reaction time and simplicity in the experimental procedure.
