在设计和搭建板式换热器实验台的基础上
选取具有Marangoni效应的混合蒸气
研究了人字形板式换热器(PHE)单流程不同流道、不同浓度凝结换热系数及流量和压降之间的关系.实验结果表明随着流道数量增加
流量分配不均匀现象越来越明显.在浓度为1%时
与纯水蒸气相比
其换热系数能提高25%.但随着浓度的增大
换热系数在一定的流量下
其换热系数甚至比纯水蒸气凝结时的换热系数要低.在压降方面
水侧的压降远大于气侧的压降
并且随着板片数的增多
对应的压降有所减小.
This paper experimentally studied the effect of different channel and concentration on condensation heat transfer coefficient in herringbone plate heat exchanger
the relationship between flow and pressure drop was also done. The investigation was based on apparatus which was designed and set up
mixed vapor with Marangoni effect was chosen to carry out experiments. The results indicated that flow maldistribution was obvious increasingly with increasing flow. For low ethanol concentration(1%)
the coefficient could be augmented as much as 25% as compared with pure water vapor. Mixed vapor condensation of heat transfer coefficient was even below than pure water vapor with increasing concentration under a certain flow. Water pressure drop was far more than vapor side. Moreover
corresponding pressure drop decreased when the number of plate increased.
