采用微波水解法制备ZnO柱撑皂石
通过十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)有机改性制备ZnO柱撑有机皂石
并以其为助剂通过熔融插层法制备了聚乳酸(PLA)/ZnO柱撑有机皂石纳米复合材料.X射线衍射(XRD)及红外光谱分析(FT-IR)表明皂石层状结构被剥离形成了纳米级皂石层片且有机改性效果良好.采用Avrami法对PLA/ZnO柱撑有机皂石纳米复合材料的非等温结晶动力学进行了分析
结果表明:ZnO柱撑有机皂石缩短了PLA的半结晶周期(t1/2)
提高了PLA的结晶速率
PLA晶体以二维或三维的方式增长.
ZnO pillared saponite was prepared through microwave hydrolysis method. Moreover
ZnO pillared organic saponite was prepared with cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB)
then poly lactic acid(PLA)/ZnO pillared organic saponite nanocomposites were prepared by melting intercalation processing. The structures of ZnO pillared organic saponite were characterized by X-ray Difraction(XRD) and FT-IR
which suggested that the layer structures of saponite has been exfoliated into nanoscale layer and the efect of organic modification was well. Non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of PLA was studied by Avrami method
which showed that the addition of ZnO pillared organic saponit shortened the half-crystallization time(t1/2) and improved the crystallization rate of PLA
the crystal of PLA developed with two or three-dimension.
