摘要

本文采用碱性裂解法获得产率较高的分泌型穿梭质粒P~# GTE5 DNADNA

并作限制性内切酶的单、双酶完全消化

通过对DNA电泳条带的分析

初步得出该质粒的限制性酶切图谱.

Abstract

Much secrete and splitting methods shuttle plasmid P~#GTE_5DNA was made byusing lase enzyme.The research to complete digestion of restriction enzymes forsingle-enzyme and bienzyme was also done.The enzyme fragments were seperatedfrom the digested plasmid P~#GTE_5DNA with electro phoresis of 1.5% agarasegel.By the analysis of DNA fragments

the picture of restriction enzyme of the plasmidwas got.
