摘要

基于Fe(Ⅲ)对鲁米诺-过氧化氢-8羟基喹啉-EDTA化学发光体系的催化作用

本文建立了一种测定痕量铁的流动注射-鲁米诺化学发光分析法。该法的线性范围为1×10~～1×10-7g/ml

检出限为1.2×10-10g/ml

相对标准偏差为1.1％。已用于水样中痕量铁的测定

结果较满意。

Abstract

A new analytical method of flow injection chemiluminescence has been developed for determine tion of trace iron. It is based on the catalysis of Fe(Ⅲ) to the chemiluminescence system of luminolH_2O2- Oxine-EDTA in alkaline medium. The linear range of determination is 1×10-9～1×10-7g/ml. The limit of detection is 1. 2×10-10g/l The relative standard dleviation of the detection is 1.1%. The method has been applied to the determination of iron in some water samples.
