This paper reports the electroploregrams of debydrogenase in six tissues of Bafo Viridis
Rana lempornia chessiawnsis
and Rana ridibwrde by means of polyacrylamide gel electropboresis. The number of enzyme band

and the similar degree of the zymogram relates to relationship of the same species. It a shows that the electrophoretogram of Rana temporiaria cnensinenais is more close to that of Rana ridibmrda then to that Bafo viridis.
