摘要

本文报道了用D-阿拉伯-己醛糖脎合成糖接三唑的基本方法

并由此合成了一系列接三唑衍生物

元素分析、~1H-NMR

13C-NMR确证了它们的结构。

Abstract

This paper reports the synthesis of 2-phenyl-2H-1

3-triazole derivatives which contain active group

such as—CHO

—COOH and —CH_2OH et al. So that make it possible to synthesis some more complex triazole derivatives. The structures of synthesised derivatives were confirmed by elemental analysis and ~1H

13C—NMR spectrum datum.
