本文报道利用相转移方法由多乙酰基-1-溴代糖合成三个硫代双糖—双(2,3,4,6-四-O-乙酰基-β-D吡喃型葡萄糖基)硫(1),(2,3,4,6-四-O-乙酰基-β-吡南型半乳糖基)硫(2),和双(2,3,4-三-O-乙酰基-β-D-吡喃型木糖基)硫(3)的结果。产物1,2与文献中所记载的该化合物物理常数吻合,但产率远高于前人的结果;产物3在文献中未见报道,其结构经元素分析红外、核磁氢谱等给予证实.

its structure was confirmed depending upon the elemental analysis and IR
1H-NMR spectra dada.
