摘要

本文阐述了互推式微波介质振荡器的工作原理，给出了使用微波双极型晶体管的ｓ参数优化设计这种振荡器的简易方法，调试得出的特性曲线反映了其良好性能．为使振荡器具有一定的频率调谐能力，在设计中还采用了电调技术．实验结果表明，这种互推式微波电调介质振荡器具有０．６％的调谐带宽．

Abstract

This paperdescribes the basic theory of the push-push DRO

and introduces the simplified optimum design method for microwave DRO. Because frequency tuning mechanisms could enhance the oscllator's frequency tuning capability

a voltage-tuned BJTs push-push DRO at 7. 0GHz is designed and constructed. It has astabitized oscillator output of 5. 0 dBm

exhibits 0. 6 percent tuning bandwidth.
