本文采用同核预饱和法与冷冻干燥法,首次在80MHz核磁共振波谱仪上,测定了175份正常人、良性肿瘤病人、恶性肿瘤病人血清或血浆的氢谱,比较了三组样品氢谱中脂蛋白脂类物质甲基和次甲基平均线宽的差别,可将恶性肿瘤与其它二组相区别.此方法有可能成为诊断癌症的重要方法.
Teh 1H spectrum in 175 serum or blood plasma sanmples of normal
trmour and cancer humoa bodieshas been detected by using homo-nucler presaturation adn freeze-dry methods for the first time with AC80NMR spectrometer
The mean line widths of methyl and methylene resonances in 1H spectrum of different three groups have been measured. The difference between the nomral
tumour and cancer is very signiticant.May be the method to used to detect cancer in furture.
