摘要

以陆地冀棉 2 0下胚轴的愈伤组织为材料

在培养过程中阶段性取材、固定、制备石蜡切片

观察并显微摄影

从组织细胞学角度了解到冀棉愈伤组织再分化的方式、胚性愈伤组织形态发生的特点和胚状体的发育过程 .为该品种抗性育种和植株再生研究打下了基础 .

Abstract

The calli from down plumular axis of J20 upland cotton (Gossypiam hirsutum L.)was takan as explants

materials was phase drawn and fixated in course of culture. Samples of paraffin slice were prepared and observed with microscopy and taken micrograph. We found out the manner of the calli redifferentiation from tissue and cell angles and the characteristic of embryogenic calli in morphogenetic process. This lay the foundation for research of resistivety breeding and plant regeneration.
