摘要

用连续的和不连续的SDS聚丙烯胺凝胶圆盘电泳法(SDSPAGE)对乳酸脱氢酶进行了电泳分离，获得了乳酸脱氢酶同功酶的清晰分离带实验证明不连续的SDS聚丙烯酰胺凝胶圆盘电泳法其分离效果优于连续的SDS聚丙烯酰胺凝胶圆盘电泳法

Abstract

Two kinds of SDSPolyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis (SDSPAGE) continuous and discontinuous SDSPAGE were applied to separate loctic dehydrogenose and clearprote in bands were obtained. The discontinuous SDSPAGE was proven to be superior than the continuous SDSPAGE.
