摘要

采用热水浸提、Sevag法去蛋白、乙醇沉淀、冷冻干燥

从阿魏菇 (pleurotus ferulae Lenzi)子实体及菌丝球中提取阿魏菇粗多糖 (PFP)

苯酚 -硫酸法测定多糖含量为 PFP1 47.2 %

PFP为 41 .4%

经过 Sephadex2 0 0层析柱分离和薄层层析分析

可知阿魏菇多糖是由三种单糖组成的均一杂多糖 .

Abstract

The polysaccharide of Ferule Mushroom from its fruiting body (PFPf) and mycelium (PFPm) by boiling in water and precipitation in ethyl alcohol were obtained. The contents of PFPf1 was 47.2% and PFPm1 was 41.4% in phenol vitriol method. It was found out that PFPf

composed of three different kinds of sugar

was a single component polysaccharide by using the method of column chromatography and thin layer chromatography.
