Abstract
Grape wine pomace has plenty of anthocyanins which has high quality
high pigment and posion. It is one of the natural pigment which has great value of development according to the tests. Two different citricuacids are selected and compared. Then
the best method and its techonology condition are decided on. In addition
the physical and chemical character of coarse anthocyanins. is analysed.
