摘要

讨论了 Unicode的维文编码方案和实现维文信息处理的标准化 .开发了一个高性能智能化的维文 Uni-code在线输入技术

Abstract

This paper mainly discusses the Uygur code project of the unicode and realization of the standardization of Uygur information process A technigue of Uygur Unicode which are entering technigue in a high capability and most intelligetized way is developed.
