This Experiment is based on the predecessors' study of the method of extracting proanthocyanidins from grape seeds:first use big-hole resing and Polyamide Chromatograpelic colum to make double purity

then omit a lot of complex and nitty-gritty technical process

the purity of Proanthocyanidins that is extracted from grape seeds can reach 99.35

and through the method can the yield to 3.82% and achieve ideal result be gained.
