Abstract
This paper discusses the characteristics of hybrid wind power systems consisting of wind-mill generators
diesel-electric sets
and storage batteries. MCGS is employed to design the software for the controlling and monitoring of the system. A fuzzy controller used to control varying oar distance large-scale wind power generator is introduced. The paper presents a way to controlling and monitoring of the systems.
