摘要

运用频度分析法、层次分析法和德尔菲法构建了西部城市发展可持续性的三级指标体系

并对城市可持续发展水平进行量化测度分析.分析结果表明

乌鲁木齐可持续发展成波状上升趋势

总体朝向良好

但基础有待加强.并分析了西部城市可持续发展特点

着重比较乌鲁木齐的优势与不足并预测其未来趋势.

Abstract

In order to do quantitative analysis of a city sustainable development level

we use frequency analysis

AHP and Delphi methods to construct the three level index system of western city sustainable development.The results show that the sustainable development of Urumqi is of undulate upward trend

the overall toward is good

but the foundation needs to be strengthened.Based on this

we analyse the characteristics of western city sustainable development and focus on the comparative advantages and disadvantages of Urumqi

and then predict its future trend.
