we put forward the ideas that to have a power-to-power union and comprehensive integration

the academic journals of the universities should be restructured based on their strong discipline.The existing academic journals of the universities should be restructured as discipline-orientated academic journals.This advanced integration will make it be possible to establish some internationally first class professional discipline-orientated academic journals.
