本文以窄间隙矩形通道内填充泡沫金属后与空气强制对流的换热效果为研究对象
建立了窄间隙矩形通道内填充泡沫金属的多孔介质三维散热模型
采用ANSYS-FLUENT软件对该模型进行了模拟
并进一步分析了截面速度分布、表面换热系数、努塞尔数等参数对泡沫金属内部流动与换热特性的影响.最后
以电动汽车电池模块为验证对象.在同等风速下
在矩形电池单体间隙内填充泡沫铝后
电池壁面温度最高可下降4.3℃
最大温差可下降3.2℃
验证了利用泡沫金属对电动汽车电池模块散热的可行性与有效性.
Taking heat transfer effect of air forced convection after filling foam metal into the narrow rectangular channels as the research object
a three-dimensional thermal model of porous medium was built for metal foam filled into narrow rectangular channel
and was simulated by ANSYS-FLUENT software.Then influence of the internal flow and heat transfer characteristics about some parameters such as the sectional velocity distribution
surface heat transfer coefficient
Nusselt number and temperature was anallysed.For battery pack of EV
at the same wind speed
the wall temperature can drop 4.3 ℃ the maximum temperature difference decreased 3.2 ℃ after filled foam aluminum into the batteries gap.The feasibility and effectiveness of heat dissipation by filling foam metal into EV battery module.
