In order to obtain the information of Xinjiang cotton cultivars with comparative advantage
in this paper
the methods of judging analysis
cluster analysis and principal component analysis are used to classify and compare the 24 major cotton cultivars in Xinjiang in 2015.The results indicated that the comprehensive quality characteristics of 3 categories XLZ
XLZG or ZM showed differentia
especially between XLZ and XLZG or ZM;And there was a certain correlation between 14 quality indexes of main cultivars
with the stronger positive correlation between the count of impurity and the leaf grade
as well as the weaker between the count of impurity and the average length of the top half.The 24 cotton cultivars could be divided into 2 categories by K-means clustering method
and 5 or 3 categories by system clustering method.As a result
the classification of XLZG-32
XLZ-52
or XLZ-36 was described to be consistent;According to the F value of the comprehensive principal component
which is obtained from the principal component F1 to F4 through dimension reduction
the main cotton cultivars with comprehensive advantages can be ranked.In the top 15
category XLZG accounted for 60%
with largest comprehensive advantage
and the recommended cotton cultivars are XLZG-32
XLZ-48
XLZG-35
M-81-4 and XLZG-26.
