To solve the problem of the low work efficiency and environment pollution of traditional internal combustion forklift and the long charging time and short working time of electric forklift
on the basis of comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various power combination and drive form
a fuel cell hybrid fork structure was designed. Aiming at the driving system of fuel cell hybrid forklift
the energy management strategy of battery SOC control and battery voltage control is expounded respectively
and the control scheme is explained and verified by simulation. The simulation results show that the battery voltage control meets the control requirements of the forklift drive system
and can effectively suppress the DC bus voltage overshoot in different operating environments and battery states.
