a structure based on two separated porous silicon bragg mirrors is proposed.Theoretically
the biological detection of porous silicon structure with defect layer was studied by using transfer matrix method.This new structure is compared with the previous porous silicon micro-cavity structure optical bio-sensor
the bio-molecule can be directly added into the defect layer
and there is no limit to the periods number of the Bragg mirror.By theoretical calculation
the proposed structure has higher sensitivity to detection biology
which proves that the porous silicon optical bio-sensor has the ability to improve the detection of bio-molecules.
