The application of hydraulic technology on the cotton picker realizes the automation of the cotton picker. The mechanical automation of the cotton picker can improve the efficiency of cotton picking and save costs. This paper designed the hydraulic system of the cotton picker
including the cotton picking head lifting hydraulic system
the cotton box turning hydraulic system and the cotton picking head hydraulic drive system.The hydraulic system model of the cotton picker was established by AMESim software
and the simulation analysis was carried out. The simulation curve of the actuator of the hydraulic system of the cotton picker was obtained.The results show that the load deviation of the hydraulic motor of the cotton picking head should not be too large to ensure the normal and efficient operation of the cotton picking head. The hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic motor run smoothly
the output parameters are stable
and the designed hydraulic system can meet the requirements of cotton picking operation.
