the picking head lifting hydraulic valve block was designed based on the original hydraulic system.Simulation analysis of typical holes of hydraulic valve blocks using fluent software.Study the flow characteristics of the liquid flow inside the valve block orifice.Optimize the pore structure of the hydraulic valve block to reduce pressure loss and improve energy utilization.At the same time
the valve block is machined according to the optimization result and tested and verified.The typical pore pressure loss inside the valve block is basically consistent with the simulation results.Provide reference for the optimization design of hydraulic valve block.
