为了对短电弧铣削加工7075铝合金过程中的材料去除率(MRR)和相对电极损耗率(TWR)进行综合评价
通过数控短电弧铣削机床对电压、占空比和脉冲频率等工艺参数进行正交试验
并运用极差分析和方差分析相结合进行实验数据分析
该方法有效提高了实验结果的可靠性
最终获得优化的工艺参数.试验结果表明:得到的参数组合能够合理提高加工效率并有效降低电极损耗率.
In order to comprehensively evaluate the material removal rate(MRR)and relative electrode loss rate(TWR)in the process of short arc machining 7075 aluminum alloy
the orthogonal test of the process parameters of voltage
duty cycle and pulse frequency is carried out on the Numerical Control(NC) short arc milling machine.Experimental data were analyzed by using extreme difference analysis and variance analysis.The method effectively improves the reliability of the experimental results and finally obtains the optimized process parameters.The experimental results show that the obtained parameter combination can reasonably improve the machining efficiency and effectively reduce the electrode loss rate.
