为确保在应急救援设施选址群决策问题中决策的合理性
充分考虑灾后不确定因素和环境的模糊性以及针对评价值为混合型的多属性群决策问题
引入模糊集理论
将改进的逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS)扩展到模糊环境问题
提出一种基于模糊TOPSIS的应急救援设施选址群决策的方法.由于在应急多属性决策问题中
决策者的决策数据经常会出现不确定性
因此精确的数值不足以来模拟现实生活中的情况.在此情况下
该算法采用三角模糊数、语言变量等来进行评价决策
并运用组合赋权法来计算各评价指标和各决策者的综合权重.最后
通过具体的算例来验证该方法的可行性和有效性
并进行灵敏度分析.结果表明
所提出的方法符合实际决策机制.
In order to ensure the rationality of decision in the decision-making problem of emergency rescue facilities
fully considered the uncertainty of the post-disaster uncertainties
the ambiguity of the environment and the multi-attribute group decision-making problem for the evaluation value
the fuzzy set theory is introduced.Improved TOPSIS extended to fuzzy environment
and proposed a method based on fuzzy TOPSIS for emergency rescue facility location group decision. Because in the emergency multi-attribute decision-making problem
the decision-making data of decision makers often appear fuzzy
so the accurate numerical value is insufficient to simulate the situation in real life.In this case
the algorithm uses triangular fuzzy numbers
linguistic variables to make evaluation decisions
and uses the general weights method to calculate the comprehensive weights of each evaluation attribute and each decision maker.Finally
the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are veri?ed by a speci?c example
and the sensitivity analysis is carried out. The result shows that the proposed method conforms to actual decision-making mechanism.
