针对普通光栅角加速度测量装置会随着转速的上升
其角加速度测量误差迅速变大这一问题
设计了一种具有精度自调节功能的旋转角加速度测量系统.系统包括转速传感器、信号处理单元、数据处理单元和数据显示单元.其实现方法是根据转轴转速上升比例相应的自动调节转速采样信号的周期
由此克服转速对系统测量精度的影响.本文通过现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)搭建了整个测量系统的构架
采用高精度信号源进行了测试实验
结果表明当转速提升时系统的测量精度能够基本保持不变.
For the normal grating angular acceleration measurement device
the angular acceleration measurement error rises quickly when the shaft speed increases. Therefore
a new angular acceleration measurement system with precision self-adjustment is designed in this paper.The measurement system includes a speed sensor
signal processing circuit
data processing circuit and liquid crystal display unit. The method is to regulate automatically the speed sampling signal cycle according to the ratio of the rising rotation speed of the spindle to alleviate the speed effects on the measurement accuracy. The framework of the whole measurement system is built through field programmable gate array(FPGA)
and the high-precision signal source is used for the testing experiment. The results show that the accuracy of the new measurement system remained basically unchanged when the rotation speed rose.
