摘要

实施农村生活垃圾分类是农村生态文明建设的重要内容.本文通过调查乌鲁木齐市郊区三个村镇居民生活垃圾分类意愿和垃圾构成

得出如下结果:(1)研究区居民掌握了基本的生活垃圾分类知识

但是对相关知识的掌握并不全面细致;网络是研究区居民获取有关知识的主要来源;整体上研究区居民对实施生活垃圾分类的意愿较高

且便利的垃圾投放设施和适当的经济激励有利于提高居民生活垃圾分类处置的意愿.(2)在政府的治理和宣传教育力度相似的情况下

三个研究区居民之间的生活垃圾分类知识水平差异不大.分析认为宣传教育是影响居民生活垃圾分类知识水平的重要因素.(3)社会经济发展水平影响了生活垃圾的构成

在实施生活垃圾分类时应当考虑不同农村的实际情况

优化安排不同的垃圾分类回收箱以提高生活垃圾的处置效率.本研究结果对乌鲁木齐开展生活垃圾分类处置具有一定的指导价值

也为新疆农村生活垃圾分类研究提供了参考.

Abstract

The implementation of rural domestic waste classification is an important part of rural ecological civilization construction. Based on the investigation of residents' willingness and composition of domestic waste classification in three villages and towns in the suburb of Urumqi

the following conclusions are drawn:(1) the residents in the study area have mastered the basic knowledge of domestic waste classification

but the mastery of relevant knowledge is not comprehensive and meticulous; the network is the main source of relevant knowledge for residents in the study area; on the whole

the residents' willingness to implement domestic waste classification is relatively high and convenient garbage disposal facilities and appropriate economic incentives are conducive to improve the residents' willingness of domestic waste classification and disposal.(2) In the case of similar publicity and education

there is no significant difference in the knowledge level of domestic waste classification among residents in the three study areas. The analysis shows that publicity and education is an important factor affecting the knowledge level of domestic waste classification.(3) The level of social and economic development affects the composition of domestic waste. In the implementation of domestic waste classification

we should consider the actual situation of different rural areas

and optimize the arrangement of different garbage sorting and recycling bins to improve the disposal efficiency of domestic waste. The results of this study have certain guiding value for Urumqi to carry out domestic waste classification and disposal

and also provide necessary information for the study of Xinjiang rural domestic waste classification status.
