为了理解复杂气氛条件下锅炉内金属以及其氧化物的腐蚀现象
基于热力学分析的方法
根据吉布斯自由能最小的原理计算了在复杂气氛(CO、H_2S、HCl)条件下不同温度系统内化合物的物料组成以及发生的主要反应的吉布斯自由能随温度的变化
得到了CO、H_2S和HCl与铁基化合物反应的热力学分析结果.结果表明:在温度大于580℃时
Fe_3O4开始被CO还原成结构疏松的FeO;温度在700℃左右时
H_2S腐蚀和S腐蚀会协同进行
对锅炉受热面造成严重破坏;HCl腐蚀主要发生在低温阶段(300℃左右)
锅炉正常运行期间受热面壁附近区域一般不会产生此类型的高温腐蚀.
In order to understand the corrosion phenomenon of metal and its oxides in boiler under complex atmosphere
based on the method of thermodynamic analysis and the principle of gibbs free energy minimization
the material composition of compounds and the gibbs free energy of major reactions in different temperature systems under complex atmosphere were calculated
and the influence of thermodynamic analysis of the reactions of CO
H_2S
and HCl with iron-based compounds
final corrosion products in complex atmosphere and effect of intermediate products on high temperature corrosion were also obtained.The results show that when the temperature is greater than 580℃
Fe_3O4 is reduced by CO to FeO with loose structure.When the temperature is around 700℃
H_2S corrosion and S corrosion would be carried out in coordination
causing serious damage to the boiler heating surface.HCl corrosion mainly occurs in the lower temperature stage (about 300℃)
and this type of high-temperature corrosion is generally not occured near the heating surface of the boiler under normal operating conditions.
