无损检测是现役管道检测的重要方法.为了能有效利用无损检测中的电磁超声与脉冲涡流信号,本文基于电磁超声与脉冲涡流信号的特性,利用小波包与ICA结合算法对电磁超声/脉冲涡流复合信号进行了分离,并与VMD、VMDICA和小波包算法分离结果进行了对比.结果表明:在电磁超声/脉冲涡流复合信号的分离中,小波包与ICA结合算法的分离效果更好,验证了所提算法对复合信号分离的有效性.
Nondestructive testing is an important method of pipeline testing in service. In order to use electromagnetic ultrasound and pulsed eddy current signals effectively in nondestructive testing
based on the characteristics of electromagnetic ultrasound and pulsed eddy current signals
this paper uses wavelet packet and ICA combined algorithm to separate the electromagnetic acoustic transducer/pulseeddy current testing composite signals
and compared with the separation results of VMD
VMD-ICA and wavelet packet algorithms. The results show that the combination of wavelet packet and ICA has a better separation effect in the separation of electromagnetic acoustic transducer/pulse eddy current testing composite signals
which proves the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm in separating composite signals.
