针对新疆医科大学第一附属医院符合纳入条件的151例冠心病住院患者采取回顾性和总结性分析,探讨冠心病患者血小板参数与载脂蛋白A1、载脂蛋白B的关系.收集2020年1月至12月符合纳入标准的冠心病患者的临床数据,同时纳入同期健康体检的329例住院患者作为对照组.观察两组患者血小板参数、载脂蛋白之间的差异性,采用线性回归分析冠心病患者血小板参数与载脂蛋白的关系.经统计分析,发现载脂蛋白A1、载脂蛋白B、血小板平均分布宽度在冠心病组与对照组之间存在显著性差异(P <0.05).冠心病组患者中载脂蛋白B与红细胞计数、血红蛋白、血小板计数、血小板平均体积、血小板平均分布宽度之间均存在相关性,其中载脂蛋白B与血小板平均分布宽度之间存在显著相关性.研究结果提示载脂蛋白B和血小板平均分布宽度异常可作为冠心病早期诊断和治疗的临床参考,临床应同时关注载脂蛋白B和血小板平均分布宽度的指标水平变化.
To explore the relationship between platelet parameters
apolipoprotein A1 and apolipoprotein B in patients with coronary heart disease
151 inpatients with coronary heart disease in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were retrospectively and summarily analyzed. The clinical data of patients with coronary heart disease who met the inclusion criteria from January to December of 2020 were collected. At the same time
329 hospitalized patients who were included in the physical examination in the same period were used as the control group. The relationship between platelet parameters and apolipoprotein in patients with coronary heart disease was analyzed by linear regression statistical analysis showed that there were significant differences in the apolipoprotein A1
apolipoprotein B and platelet mean distribution width(PDW) between the coronary heart disease group and the control group(P <0.05). Inpatients with coronary heart disease
there were correlations between apolipoprotein B and erythrocyte count
hemoglobin
platelet count
mean platelet volume and PDW
among which there was a significant correlation between apolipoprotein B and PDW. The results suggest that the abnormal of apolipoprotein B and PDW can provide certainly clinical value for the early diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease. Clinical attention should be paid to the changes of the levels of apolipoprotein B and PDW at the same time.
