提出一种基于模糊n-cell数的新方法,解决多准则双边匹配问题.首先,利用最大离差法计算各个匹配对象的准则权重;其次,基于数据的均值和左/右离散度构造模糊n-cell数,并计算得分函数,建立以双方主体满意度最大化为目标的匹配模型,通过求解该模型得到最优匹配决策方案.最后,通过企业和求职者之间双向选择的实例,验证所提方法的可行性.
This paper proposes a new method based on fuzzy n-cell numbers to solve the multi-criteria twosided matching problem. Firstly
the maximum deviation method is used to calculate the criterion weights for each matching object. Secondly
fuzzy n-cell numbers are constructed based on the mean values and left/right dispersion degrees of the data
followed by the computation of score functions. A matching model aimed at maximizing the satisfaction of both objects is established
and the optimal matching decision scheme is obtained by solving this model. Finally
the feasibility of the proposed method is demonstrated through an example of two-way selection between enterprises and job seekers.
