随着跨区域调水工程的持续推进,预应力钢筒混凝土管(Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe
PCCP)被广泛应用.在盐渍土环境中,PCCP管道长期受土壤中Cl~-和SO42-的侵蚀,使其外附砂浆损伤开裂、内部钢丝锈蚀,造成PCCP爆管事件屡有发生,故探究不同因素对PCCP保护层砂浆基本性能的影响规律,并提出抗侵蚀性能提升方法,对工程实践具有重要意义.本文梳理了PCCP保护层砂浆的性能要求和影响因素,并总结了PCCP保护层砂浆抗侵蚀性能的改善方法.已有研究结果表明:PCCP保护层砂浆的配合比、制作工艺与养护条件均对其力学性能、吸水率和抗侵蚀性能有较大的影响.在PCCP砂浆中掺入矿物掺合料和砂浆密实剂等外加剂可以有效提高砂浆的密实度,在PCCP砂浆保护层表面涂防腐涂层可以有效阻止外界侵蚀离子的侵入,从而提高PCCP管道的耐久性和使用寿命.
With the continuous promotion of cross-regional water transfer projects
prestressed steel cylinder concrete pipe(Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe
PCCP) has been widely used.However
due to the long-term erosion of Cl~-and SO42- in the soil
the external mortar expansion and cracking
internal steel wire corrosion
resulting in PCCP bursting have occurred repeatedly
so it is important to explore the different factors on the basic performance of the PCCP protective layer mortar
and erosion resistance of the law and to improve the anti-erosion performance of the PCCP protective layer mortar have important practical significance of the project.In this paper
the performance requirements and influencing factors of PCCP protective layer mortar are sorted out
and the improvement methods of erosion resistance of PCCP protective layer mortar are summarized.The results of the study show that the PCCP protective layer mortar mixing ratio
production process and maintenance conditions have a greater impact on its mechanical properties
water absorption and erosion resistance.In the PCCP mortar mixed with mineral admixture and mortar compacting agents and other additives can effectively improve the compactness of the mortar.Anti-corrosion coating on the surface of PCCP mortar protection layer can effectively prevent the intrusion of external erosion ions
thus improving the durability and service life of PCCP pipelines.
